We helped reconnect the African-American community with preventive care through an AI-driven experience. In seven weeks, we turned Live Chair Health’s vision into a habit-rewarding app that builds trust and lasting engagement.

We began with a two-week Product Discovery sprint to deeply understand the healthcare experience within the African-American community.
Through interviews and journey mapping, we uncovered deep barriers of trust, accessibility, and representation. They explain why so many people still feel left out of traditional healthcare.
Working closely with founder Andrew Suggs, we defined the opportunity: reconnect people to care through trusted community channels and positive reinforcement.

We focused on onboarding, biometric logging, and appointment scheduling as early engagement moments — key to building healthy habits and lasting motivation.
